We’re excited to announce that José Domínguez, director of development partnerships for the mid-Atlantic at the League of Conservation Voters and fellowship coach at the Obama Foundation, will join NCRP in the newly created position of vice president and chief operating officer.

“I am thrilled that José is joining NCRP as our first-ever chief operating officer. His deep commitment to equity and experience advocating for funding movements are perfectly aligned with NCRP’s work promoting philanthropy that is responsive to those with the least wealth and opportunity.”

– Aaron Dorfman, President and CEO, NCRP

José will oversee NCRP’s financial management, human resources, and all administrative functions. He will also serve on NCRP’s leadership team along with President and CEO Aaron Dorfman, Vice President and Chief Content Officer Timi Gerson, and Vice President and Chief Engagement Officer Jeanné Lewis.

“The nonprofit sector has changed our world. The stronger it is, the stronger our society will be. I am deeply committed to NCRP’s work to transform the philanthropic sector to be more responsive to their grantees and the communities they serve, especially in today’s political climate.”
