Today, the Groundswell Fund, the largest funder of the reproductive justice movement in the United States and the nation’s primary movement engaging women of color, low-income women, and LGBT people as grassroots activists, announced that it is one of four recipients of the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy (NCRP) 2017 IMPACT Awards.

The 5th Anniversary of the Impact Awards honors top grantmakers committed to diversity and inclusion to empower and strengthen marginalized communities. Based in Oakland, California, Groundswell Fund works to move donor resources to those most impacted by injustice through grantmaking and capacity building at a grassroots level.
